Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community activation strategies to promote our products.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.
- Organize and manage community events, promotions, and activations to enhance brand visibility.
- Engage with local communities to build relationships and gather insights on consumer preferences.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community activation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead a team of community activators to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement or marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using social media and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for events and activations as required.
