- This is a full-time on-site role for a KOL & Community Specialist at Happyfit Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia. The KOL & Community Specialist will be responsible for engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) & affiliates, managing community interactions, and enhancing customer relationships. Daily tasks include fostering community engagement, managing KOLs & affiliates to build a strong brand community.

- • Manage communications and build relationships with KOL, Community, and Affiliates for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- • Responsible to manage KOL, Affiliate and Community campaigns for our brand.
- • Research and identify KOL, Affiliate and Community across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- • Reaching and building a KOL & Affiliates network for different categories on social media.
- • Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
- • Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns in community
- • Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- • Responsible to create Content Brief for KOL, Affiliates and Community.
- Qualifications
- Experience at least 2 years in KOL & Affiliate management and community building
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Community Engagement and Community Management skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with third parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successful community engagement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
