- We are seeking an experienced operational manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, train qualified staff members, and maintain high food standards. The operational manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, they will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurant, as well as the long-term success of our employees.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year (s) of working experience as Operational Manager in F&B Industry.
- Well-groomed and Presentable
- Have an excellent understanding of all restaurant section, including kitchen, bar, and service.
- Customer oriented with hands-on restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
- Having good interpersonal, strong and innovative leadership, sales, and marketing.
- Understand about quality and restaurant operations.
- Understand about inventory system and good maintenance of the restaurant.
- Strong Managerial & Communication Skills.

- Manage Training of New Staff in accordance with our Service Standards.
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Ensure the restaurant is well coordinated and always achieve the monthly target.
- Responsible to create & implement marketing strategies within Toby’s Estate vision, values, guidelines with the objective to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Monitor Marketing & Promotional Activities at the Store.
- Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.
- Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP’s and standards.
- Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
- Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.
