- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facilities, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and quality control to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components needed for production.
- Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing operators, providing guidance, training, and support to promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and labor laws applicable to manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and manage production-related expenses to meet cost targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization to minimize waste.
- Develop and evaluate manufacturing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives by forecasting demand, optimizing production processes, and ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet production targets.

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field is typically required.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience / 2 years in the same position, with a focus on manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on small-scale operations.
- Proven track record of success in progressively responsible positions within the manufacturing industry, with experience in roles such as production lead.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to inspire, empower, and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and methodologies is important for ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
