- CEE (Creative Event Entertainment) is an Estate Management (SCBD Park) and Event Organizer. We specialize in crafting event ideas, products, and experiences to create memorable and impactful events for our clients. Our team of dedicated planners and creative minds work together to transform concepts into successful strategies.
- ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site at PT Creative Event Entertainment SCBD Park. We’re open more than 1 role:
- Soundman / Audioman
- Production property & loading-unloading
- PIC Tenant FnB
- WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Work with internal teams in coming up with new and exciting concepts and activities for upcoming events
- Collaborate with vendors and workshops in order to fulfill various assets required for upcoming events
- Create an arrangement and layout for food tents, kiosk, and other amenities at the event location
- Work with workshop teams in setting up stages, booth, amenities and various event facilities at the event location
- Maintain a smooth-running event
- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum of High school Diploma
- Proven working experience as Event Coordinator or Ground Crew at least 1 year, experience as event volunteer are also welcome to apply!
- Proficient in technical skills such as stage construction and sound technician
- Proficient in stage coordination, scheduling and time-keeping
- Good communication skills and teamworker
- High initiative and good problem solving
- Willing to work with 6 workdays + 1 day-off work policy
- Willing to commute and be placed in SCBD, Jakarta Selatan
