Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Collect, analyze, and report on HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Administer the payroll process accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise general administrative (GA) activities and maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive support to employees on HR-related matters, including leave management, medical benefits, employee services, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Proven administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
