Job Description

Day to Day Activities:

  • Maintain formalities and legal documents related to licenses, importation, and other necessary areas engaged with government’s platform including but not limited to CIVD, OSS, Trade Ministry, LPSE etc.
  • Liaise closely with customers and operations dept ensuring all items are aligned based on Contracts and Agreement
  • To review upcoming Contracts, Agreement, MOU or other contractual-related documents prior to finalization
  • Assist admin support including but not limited to official letter application issuance and other relevant areas
  • Handle legal due diligence process
  • Provide opinions, legal solutions related to the legal & business aspects of the company
  • Manage administration related to agreements, permits, assets, contracts, drafting & company legality
  • Make and/or review the draft agreement / draft addendum received from the client, and ensure that there is a summary of each agreement.
  • Maintain The licenses relating to the company’s business activities such as Company Registration Number (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan), SIUP (Surat Izin Usaha Perusahaan), Letter of Domicile (SKDP), Building Permit (IMB), Preparing draft investment report (LKPM) quarterly to be reported to BKPM (if any), Permit registration of foreign investment (Pendaftaran penanaman Modal) from BKPM, Permission Principle Capital Investment (Izin Prinsip Penanaman Modal), Master List, API-P (Angka Pengenal Impor Produsen)
  • Handle Working Permit, and other permit related for foreign workers.
  • Considerable understanding of legal compliance matters
