Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for managing an Education Center (Pingu English) which provides English lessons to kids.
- Be responsible for the PnL of the Center.
- Reach sales targets and ensuring business growth.
- Develop business of the Strategic Business Unit and creatively expand the B2C and B2B market.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Develop and train team’s potentials to their fullest.
- Monitor team’s progress in their respective tasks, job description and assignments.
- Manage day to day operations of unit
Requirements:
- University Graduate (S1) or higher, Preferable from Marketing, Public Relation, Communication or any other related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a relevant role with Management experience mandatory.
- Experience in managing PnL.
- Excellent presentation, comfortable with students and clients face to face and over the phone.
- Able to learn and to manage priorities.
- Self-driven, professional and hard-working.
- Good English level both LR and SW (Minimum TOEIC score 785).
- Proficient with Office Word and Excel.
- Work location is in Jakarta Utara (MOI, Kelapa Gading)
