Position Overview:
- We are seeking a passionate and organized Project-Based Freelance Librarian to support our team in managing our library resources for specific projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in library science and a love for literature, with the ability to work between 21 to 40 hours a week from our office in Pondok Indah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage library resources relevant to specific lists, ensuring they are easily accessible to students and staff.
- Develop and implement strategy to make an engaging programs and activities to promote reading and literacy within project frameworks.
- Develop and implement SOP to help students and staff in locating and utilizing library materials effectively for project-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions and inventory throughout the project duration.
- Collaborate with center team to integrate library resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in library management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in library management software and digital resources.
- A passion for promoting literacy and lifelong learning.
