Job Description
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan and manage the recruitment, interview and selection, onboarding, and engagement of new staff. Establish a robust recruitment and selection process. Develop a firm onboarding policy and assessment method for new staff.
- Assess training needs to apply and develop training programs that enhance staff performance
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system, frequent evaluations, and performance-based KPI structure that drives high performance.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Nurture a positive working environment.
- Ensure all HR and employee records are appropriately maintained, and up to date, and employment administration must comply with Indonesia’s Manpower Regulation. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Consult executives on strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable organizational change.
- Establish policies or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the field of Human Resources.
- Manage Payroll, Payroll Tax, BPJS Employment and Health programs.
- Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Manpower Planning, updating role profiles/job descriptions, job analysis and job evaluation.
- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management and related field
- Having at least 5 years of working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- Mastering various human capital functions, including recruitment, people & organization development, performance management, learning, compensation & benefits, psychological test tools, HRIS, and Attendance Software
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
