Job responsibility:
- Lead the HR department to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy need by driving and implementing effective HR strategies that support business objectives
- KPIs implementation across the department
- Conduct analysis of organizational trends including a review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resources information system (HRIS) or talent management system
- Manpower and budget planning for the HR function
- Develop plans for compensation and structuring benefit packages, health, and safety, etc.
- Oversees the administration of HR programs
Requirements:
- Have Bachelor Degree,
- (Mandatory) Minimum 10 years of working experiences,
- Having experience in fast moving industries (start up or corporate),
- Able to communicate in professional English.
