Job Description
- Responsibility
- Keeping track and collecting sales data, including orders and invoices
- Managing customer information and updating databases of stores
- Supporting the sales team by coordinating meetings and preparing presentations
- Collaborating with Finance departments related to sales data and claims
- Generating sales reports to analyze sales performance and trends.
- Responsible for translating documents into Mandarin-Indonesian, or otherwise
- Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/High School
- Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Writing, and Reading)
- Fresh graduates
- Proficient in using Ms. Office
- Active and has a high level of enthusiasm for work
- Responsible, meticulous, able to work in under pressure, and have a good time management skill
- Able to work in team
- Willing to be placed Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
