  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager- Vet Channels to drive the growth and development of our product lines within the pet clinics and hospitals sector. You will be responsible for promoting our range of pet supplements, medications, and health products to veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, and specialty care centers. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the pet healthcare industry, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for improving the lives of pets through innovative health solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, pet supplements, veterinary, or healthcare industries.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of veterinary clinics, pet hospitals, and the pet health industry.

Sales Acumen:

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence key stakeholders.

Relationship-Building:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

Problem-Solving:

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback.

Travel:

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet healthcare centers.

Sales Strategy:

Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the clinic and hospital segments.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, clinic managers, and purchasing managers.

Product Knowledge:

Deeply understand and communicate the benefits of our supplements and medicines to veterinary professionals.

Customer Support:

Provide expert advice, training, and after-sales support to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to use our products effectively.

Sales Reporting:

Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for growth to the senior management team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the **marketing, product development, and customer service** teams to ensure alignment of strategies and customer satisfaction.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clinics and hospitals, ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and the client.

Market Insights:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs to inform business strategy.
