- Manager Digital Marketing
- Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing).
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
- Report on ROI and key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through digital channels.
- Monitor online reputation and manage brand presence on digital platforms.
- Guide the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to understand audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing especially in Food & Beverages, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing software).
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
