  • As a Senior Visual/Graphic/Creative Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional design solutions that resonate with our global audience. Utilizing your advanced design skills, you will work from creative briefs to produce leading-edge design for a variety of needs, including global brand and product campaigns, key visuals, event branding, merchandise, partnerships, social media, customer communications, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design Execution:

Interpret creative briefs to deliver best-in-class design outputs that enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

Creative Direction:

Lead creative direction for various projects, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and differentiation in our campaigns, website visuals, and product designs.

Collaboration and Integration:

Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ensure the creation and delivery of integrated and impactful creative campaigns.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Continuously challenge the status quo in creative design, seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in daily processes.

Support for Key Teams:

Assist the acquisition and retention teams by developing engaging digital creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and boost user engagement.

Asset Creation and Optimization:

Aid in the creation and management of brand and content assets to meet ongoing demands. Regularly review and enhance creative designs to maintain effectiveness and relevance.

Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor activities, brand movements, and social media developments to ensure our creative approaches remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Qualifications:

Design professional with qualifications in graphic, brand, and digital design, equipped to handle a variety of creative tasks across different media.

Language Proficiency:

Multilingualism is preferred. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential, coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Technical Expertise:

Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite applications and Figma. Familiarity with AI generative creative software such as Stable Diffusion and MidJourney, with the ability to master the operational process and effectively apply it in actual work.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a designer within a creative team, either in a global business or an agency setting. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced online business environment (ideally within lifestyle, sports, fashion, or cryptocurrency sectors), delivering high-quality creative assets.

Design Process Acumen:

Experience with the end-to-end design process from concept, design development, production, to build. Puts the brand and customer at the heart of the design development process and has a history of working within a team that adheres to best practices.

Project and Time Management:

Ability to create and deliver under tight deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of daily, seasonal, and project work.

Creativity and Innovation:

Creative thinker and idea generator with a strong creative eye, continuously contributing fresh and impactful ideas to the team.

Interpersonal Skills:

Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, possessing a positive, creative, and influential personality.
