- Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing specialist. The role will be responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining sales and marketing processes
- Represent Wealthline in negotiations with external stakeholders (potential clients and potential business partners) to secure partnerships and generate leads.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive client enrollment and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee the production of various communication channels to effectively promote Wealthline’s brand and values.
- Manage event planning and execution to align with marketing objectives.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand Wealthline reach.
- Supporting various sales and marketing-related tasks.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Fluent in English (both writing and speaking, this is mandatory as all the work will be done in English)
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, responsible and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- This position offers full-time remote work, requiring you to work comfortably from any location while maintaining a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.
- In addition to the monthly base salary, this role will qualify for a commission scheme based on the successful sign-up of clients or referrals from business partners.
- Standard working hours (Western Indonesia Time – WIB), Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 18.00. These hours are flexible, allowing you to manage personal matters as needed during the day.
- We will provide working device (laptop), and additional support for private health insurance and telecommunication.
- Kindly be aware that visa assistance is not available for this role. Candidates must have the legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
