- Develop and manage production schedules to meet export orders
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment with export timelines
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support export operations
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of export shipments
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components for export production
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may impact export schedules
- Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement and prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and export performance
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve export delivery performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in an export-oriented business
- Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control principles
- Familiarity with export processes and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
