Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and excellence.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
