- Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations of the wood factory, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to finance and accounting.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a finance manager or similar role. Experience in the wood industry is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Willing to be placed in Jombang, Jawa Timur
