Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and manage onboarding for new hires.
- Assess employee training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Participate in organizational development initiatives to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or a related field
- 1 – 2 Years of experience in Human Resources / Talent Management
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
