- Product Management / Business Development
- Product management is responsible for leading the product life cycle, covering market analysis, development, launch, and marketing to ensure success in the market.
Requirements:
- 1. Attractive and professional appearance; aged 25-35 years.
- 2. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3. 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, or as a Product Owner.
- 4. In-depth knowledge of the OTT industry.
- 5. Results-oriented with a focus on targets, achievements, and timelines.
- 6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with external stakeholders.
- 7. Highly analytical with strong leadership abilities; committed, self-motivated, trustworthy, proactive, dynamic, and a quick learner.
- 8. Proficient in business processes, drafting agreements, financial projections, and creating business proposals.
- 9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Responsibilities:
- 1. Manage the complete product life cycle effectively
- 2. Develop and determine product offerings and promotional strategies for each Dens TV sales area.
- 3. Oversee the creation, discontinuation, or adjustment of Dens TV products in alignment with market demand and company margins.
- 4. Coordinate with related departments for product launches or implementations and communication materials.
- 5. Manage product profitability ratios to ensure products and promotions align with company budget and costs.
