Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple pre and postnatal centers.
- Ensure all centers adhere to company policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor center managers and staff to achieve high performance and job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training programs to maintain high service standards.
- Implement staff development plans and recruitment strategies to ensure the region is adequately staffed.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the business, increase revenue, and expand market reach.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and services to enhance offerings for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and client engagement.
Client Experience:
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring all clients receive personalized and compassionate care.
- Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Regularly assess and improve service offerings based on client needs and market trends.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety regulations in each center.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for staff, clients, and operational processes.
- Implement quality assurance measures to continually enhance service delivery.
Financial Management:
- Oversee regional financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and profitability.
- Review monthly financial reports and implement strategies to meet financial targets.
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to manage payroll, expenses, and budgeting.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Report regularly to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Develop long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar senior leadership role in healthcare, wellness, or family-focused services.
- Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial reports, and growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of pre and postnatal care services or the broader healthcare/wellness industry.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or managing healthcare, wellness centers, or similar environments.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance in healthcare or wellness services.
- Relevant certifications in management, healthcare administration, or related fields are a plus.
