Job Description
- Responsible for the company’s staff recruitment, training, assessment, deployment and other related work.
- Responsible for the signing and renewal of employee labor contracts, job appointment and removal, dismissal and other related work.
- Responsible for the labor insurance management, labor disputes, litigation and mediation, welfare benefits and other work.
- To be responsible for the statistics and accounting of the labor remuneration of the company’s employees.
- Corporate culture construction activities to improve employee satisfaction and implement corporate culture.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
