Our team is comprised of industry professionals with over 15 years of experience, both in Indonesia and internationally, particularly within the travel, hospitality, villa sales, and management sectors.
  • We specialize in the development and sale of luxury residences, designed by internationally acclaimed architects and constructed by skilled contractors using premium materials. Each of our villas is crafted to provide an inviting family atmosphere alongside a luxurious holiday experience.
  • We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to support our expanding business and foster strong relationships with real estate agents and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and list properties within the company portfolio, ensuring the completion of all documentation, zoning, and legal verifications.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries through the company website, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct property viewings, providing comprehensive information to clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee client interactions and track progress using the company’s CRM system, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all leads.
  • Act as a mediator between sellers and buyers, facilitating smooth transactions from negotiation to closing.
  • Stay informed on market trends and developments in Bali through active networking and industry engagement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in Bali with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Tabanan and Southwest Bali regions.
  • Proficiency in both business-level English and Indonesian. Fluency in Russian is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and nurture client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technological proficiency.
  • Basic photography skills are an added benefit.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region for property listings and viewings.
