Job Description Summary:
- Supervise and ensure the operation of the boiler so that the steam supply to the relevant parts is maintained.
- Supervise the operational Water Treatment Plant in order to supply water to the related parts are maintained.
- Supervise the operation of Waste Water Treatment Plant to process the waste run well.
- Supervise the operation of Genset and PLN supply so that the supply of electricity to the related parts is maintained.
Job Description:
- Ensure the operation of Boiler, Water Treatment Plant, Waster Water Treatment Plant and genset according to WI and logsheet filling properly
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of “Preventive Maintenance Program”.
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness and neatness of boiler, Water Treatment Plant, Waster Water Treatment Plant, generator set, tools and work location.
- Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has been properly implemented in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan.
- Lead the implementation of service / overhaul of boiler, WTP, WWTP and generator.
- Monitor and ensure the operation of WTP in accordance with WI and schedule.
- Monitor and ensure filters and sufficiency of raw water and supporting needs of WTP (salt, chemical).
- Supervise the actual daily water usage record and daily WWTP waste disposal so that it can be traced to ensure the correct amount of usage.
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness of the filters and the adequacy of the support needs of generators (fuel, cooling water, lubricating oil etc).
- Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning.
- Provide operational guidance to the operator to address unnecessary operating conditions.
- Report immediately to the supervisor in case of unnecessary operating conditions.
- Implement health and safety regulations.
- Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy
Running Quality System (ISO 9001:
2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC System).
Job Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Having min 3-4 years of working experience in Utility, Boiler, WWTP
- Good in communication and analytical thinking
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
