Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records of logistics activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to forecast demand and manage inventory accordingly.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the quality and safety of logistics operations.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the construction machinery industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations and best practices.
