- Responsible for Budget controlling function. Tracking department spending actual vs budget/forecast
- Analyzing company’s monthly performance, provide feedback to business/operation managers for improvement
- Provide monthly reports and analysis of results to country management team, division heads, on profitability, costs, turnovers
- Planning & coordination to support business strategic planning
- Prepare materials for senior management/director meetings
- Other ad hoc assignments from Financial Controller and Management as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management
- 2-3 years in similar field (FP&A or Accounting)
- Knowledgable in business analysis and budgeting
- Target oriented, highly motivated, good personality and can work under pressure
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems integration
