Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Furniture & Decoration Sourcing Coordinator based in Yogyakarta. This role involves managing the sourcing, purchasing, and coordination of furniture and decor items for our projects, including custom items where material sourcing and research are required. You will also collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality furniture and decor items from local suppliers
- Research and source suitable materials for custom furniture and decor items
- Coordinate with vendors, pengrajin, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage shipments and deliveries
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory and assist in project logistics
- Ensure all items meet design and quality specifications
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the furniture and decor market in Jawa Tengah
- Good English communication skills
- Prior experience in sourcing or project coordination
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design
