- Create financial forecasts for PnL and cash flow planning in coordination with the CEO
- Report monthly results and compare to forecast, analyse where mismatches are coming from – if any
- Lead real time financial performance management aggregated for the group and across all business units
- Support the Head of Finance and CEO with financial and costs controls to ensure all margin targets are hit or escalated in case of over runs
