Job Description

  • Our client, as one of the world online travel agents, is now currently looking for a Customer Service who is able to speak Melayu and also fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all customers’ concerns regarding travel queries.
  • Responding to posts and messages received from client’s social media account.
  • Executing escalation que on refund related enquiries due to travel cancellation.
  • Review all NPS & journey related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Preferably to have prior work experience on Customer Service, specific for online travel agents will be a plus.
  • Good proficiency in Melayu and English (at least reading and writing).
  • High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has the analytical thinking.
  • Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work from our office in Yogyakarta.
  • Able to join in immediate effect.
