Job Description
- We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Job Description:
User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and product functionality.
Visual Design:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines, focusing on typography, color schemes, layout, and overall look and feel.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
Interaction Design:
Develop interaction patterns and micro-interactions that enhance the overall user experience.
Design Systems:
Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
Responsive Design:
Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Accessibility:
Design interfaces that are accessible to all users, considering best practices in accessibility (WCAG standards).
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving the design process.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology or similar
- At least 3 years experience as UI/UX Designer
- Experience in cross-browser, cross-device Visual Design
- UX/UI Design Training and Certifications
- Design Software Training
- User-Centered Design and Usability Training
- Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang with fully WFO
