Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure that export sales of wood flooring are achieved according to target prices and delivery time.
- Administer sales pipeline (distributor) and improve opportunities for B2B sales in the International Market.
- Understand international variances in cultural and legal issues as of distribution sales.
- Establish various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
- Coordinate with PPIC, Production, and Purchasing team to determine appropriate stock and delivery time.
- Analyze and identify appropriate partners for each product in the geographic market.
- Maintain efficient and effective customer relationships.
- Assist global agents with technical backup and project implementation for all marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of working experience in sales and marketing of the wood manufacturing industry
- Excellent understanding of sales strategies, business processes and budget management
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed and passionate about delivering service of excellence
- Availability to work remotely to Central Java
