Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Corporate Secretary Manager position based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:
- As the Corporate Secretary Manager, your role will be critical in ensuring that our client’s organization remains compliant with all regulatory requirements. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in corporate law and governance to maintain and promote legal compliance within the company. Your collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in coordinating and managing board meetings.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles, compliance requirements, and corporate legal regulations in Indonesia.
- Expertise in POJK and other regulations related to public companies.
- A proactive and dynamic individual who assists the Board of Directors in achieving corporate goals.
- Proven ability to conduct legal research across various channels.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Execute all policies, instructions, tasks, and future directives as set by leadership.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal or corporate secretary roles within a public company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong memory retention.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English, with exceptional communication capabilities.
