Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in tourism management, hospitality management, event management, or business administration is highly preferred.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in the tourism industry, especially in planning and managing large-scale events, incentives, or group travel.
- Excellent English in verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in budgeting for travel and events, ensuring expenses stay within the agreed budget without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for budgeting and PowerPoint for event and travel presentations.
- Preferably domiciled in Bali
