Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to develop and refine the visual identity of our brand and those of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design, including logo creation, typography, color theory, and overall brand identity systems. You will play a key role in shaping the visual narrative and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity Development:

  • Create and develop brand identities that effectively communicate the essence and values of the brand.
  • Design logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements that form a cohesive and impactful brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and media.

Visual Design:

  • Produce a wide range of visual assets including brand guidelines, marketing collateral, packaging, social media graphics, and website visuals.
  • Ensure all design outputs align with the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and strategic goals.
  • Innovate and evolve brand designs to keep them fresh, modern, and relevant in a fast-paced market.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate brand strategies into all design work.
  • Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform design decisions.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring they are adhered to across all projects and by all team members.
  • Oversee the consistency of brand visuals in all external communications and marketing materials.
  • Provide design support for rebranding or brand evolution initiatives as the company grows and expands.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand design, with a proven track record of successful brand projects.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Ability to create and manage brand identity systems, including logo design, color schemes, and typography.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
