Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on our Customer Service AI product for internal teams and clients.

Content Development:

Create and update training materials, including manuals, tutorials, and online resources, to reflect the latest features and best practices.

User Support:

Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them overcome challenges and optimize their use of the AI product.

Feedback Loop:

Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Product Knowledge:

Stay curious and informed about the latest updates and advancements in AI and customer service technology, integrating new knowledge into training programs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in training or software education is a plus, but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • A diligent and patient attitude, with the ability to remain focused and not easily bored.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and thorough training.
  • Naturally curious, with a passion for learning and improving existing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Able to work from our Yogyakarta office (WFO) with a flexible and collaborative approach.
