- Qualifications & experience
- Able to communicate in English (Chinese will be preferable)
- Bachelor Degree
- Preferably has certificate Tax Brevet A & B.
- Work experience as Accounting, Finance , Tax Assistant Department for more than 3 years .
- Experience with Accounting software (Odoo is a plus)
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist monthly ERP bookkeeping and closing, and issue monthly financial reports
- Assist taxation by cooperate with consulting company to complete monthly/annual tax declaration and payment
- Assist in completing the monthly management accounting statements according to the requirements of the headquarters
- Experience with Accounting software (Odoo is a plus)
- Preparing payment administration needs and controlling financial transactions
- Other work required by the headquarters.
