Role Overview:
This role is at the core of our sales process, responsible for managing customer inquiries and guiding them through the sales journey from initial contact to final decision. It requires a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. The key responsibilities include:
Sales:
Lead Engagement:
Proactively connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, using clear and persuasive communication to convert inquiries into customers.
Mastering Storytelling:
Use storytelling techniques to make product benefits more relevant and compelling, effectively linking them to the customer’s needs and desires.
Communication Skills:
Demonstrate confidence and warmth in all communication, utilizing key communication techniques to keep prospects engaged and advancing toward closing the deal.
Pipeline Management:
Understand and manage the sales pipeline, monitoring each stage and driving each prospect toward a successful transaction to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building Strong Relationships:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening, reiterating key information, and asking clarifying questions to gain a deep understanding of their needs.
Empathetic Engagement:
Display empathy in every interaction, building trust and rapport while identifying customer needs, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive experience.
Customer Insights:
Approach each customer interaction with curiosity, effectively profiling prospects to tailor the sales approach and develop strategies that lead to successful outcomes.
Process Management:
Integrated Sales Process:
Manage the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for the customer.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations or product departments, to ensure that the sales process is smooth and well-coordinated.
Activity Recording:
Document all customer interactions and activities in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and easy access to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements:
Customer-Centric:
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and adapt your approach accordingly. Experience in customer relationship management is highly valued.
Sales Experience:
Proven success in a sales or account management role, with experience in managing a sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and build relationships. Experience in storytelling and active listening is preferred.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
Goal-Oriented:
Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record of converting leads into customers.
Industry Experience:
Experience in hospitality, SaaS, or other customer-facing industries is a plus but not required.
