Role Overview:
- We seek a results-driven Engineering Staff/Supervisor to optimize our production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and the highest quality standards. You’ll lead process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and drive innovation in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contamination Control:
Develop and deliver cleanroom protocols training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Enforcement & Audits:
Ensure compliance with cleanroom practices, investigate abnormalities (e.g., particle count, humidity), and conduct audits.
Design & Development:
Create detailed technical drawings, design specifications, and develop prototypes for testing device functionality and safety.
Project Management:
Lead improvement projects, manage timelines, and ensure quality control throughout production.
Regulatory Compliance:
Prepare technical documentation, regulatory submissions, and provide technical support and training to users.
Continuous Improvement:
Conduct post-market surveillance, gather user feedback, and drive process improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- Experience in cleanroom engineering, contamination control, and protocol enforcement.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality control systems.
