Requirements:
- Maximum aged 40 years old
- Minimum (S1) Architectural Engineering background
- Minimum experience 5 years on the same position in consultant or project management company for high rise building, industrial or fit-out projects
- Leadership, hard worker, and can be a motivator for the team
- Able to manage vendors and subcontractors
- Computer literate, AutoCAD, and MS Project (logical programming)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Able to speak mandarin is a good point
- Willing to be placed on the project site
Job Description:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining project management files, statistics, reports, and all required evidence of compliance with the agreed customer project brief and the verification of all implemented solutions
- The Project Manager may delegate some site related design responsibility to the Project Engineers. Such delegation shall be authorized by the Business Unit Manager
- Responsible for the efficient operations of the particular site including personnel, HSE, employee relations, purchasing, cost control and general administration
- Purchase Requisitions and Invoice Approval for payment of creditors as defined within the defined Limits of Authority
- Representative of the Company at Site level
- Responsible for executing QA Procedures and construction activities
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with the Client’s representative
- Supervision of Subcontract Personnel and Suppliers
- Coordination of construction activities to ensure that the required standards are met
- Monitoring and documenting of Quality records which indicate compliance to Client & Authority requirements
- Assurance that processes, examinations, inspection, and tests of all subcontractors conform to the requirements and are performed by trained and qualified personnel
