Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting letters related to employee matters.
- Informing relevant parties regarding the preparation of work facilities for new employees.
- Supervising the storage of data and documents related to employee matters to ensure they are always up to date and neatly organized.
- Reviewing and preparing reports related to employee matters.
- Reviewing employee allowance requests and forwarding them to the relevant department.
- Coordinating the management of BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.
- Coordinating with HR Holding regarding salary reports and employee data.
- Coordinating with relevant parties concerning the management of company regulations.
- Conducting exit interviews with employees who submit resignations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law and Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HR field.
- Possess skills and abilities in communication, negotiation, and MS Office.
Proficient in human resource management, labor law, and ISO 9001:
2015.
