  • Rolling fork was born in November 2013 from the idea of Roberta Valentino to create a unique home made italian restaurant in the heart of bali. We believe in cooking with the same love and passion our mothers used in the kitchen to create the  delicious food we grew up with.
  • If you are a proactive, motivated and detail-oriented individual with a desire to work in the best homemade Italian Restaurant in Uluwatu, you will work closely with the best team, holding important positions in our team as Bar Captain, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Bar Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with all necessary supplies, beverages, and ingredients.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, cocktails, and beverages to customers.
  • Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.

Customer Service:

  • Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for guests, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient service, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate the bar staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Schedule and organize staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the bar team.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff members, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor equivalent is required, a degree or certification in hospitality management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Have professional experience with Point of Sales (POS) specially Quinoss. Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different types of drink, art late, healthy juice, smoothies, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and approachable.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.

Leadership Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, even in high-pressure situations.

Organisational Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and inventories.

Availability:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours in shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
