Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from IT, System Information or related field.
- Experience in IT infrastructure at least 3 years is mandatory (Server, Storage, Networking, OS, UPS, etc)
- Having Knowledge in Network Routing (OSI Layer, TCP/IP, etc.), Linux Administrator, and Networking Administrator.
- Understanding and familiar with Windows and Linux Operating System
- Knowledge of Cisco, Windows Server or other version control.
- Having knowledge and experience in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environment as administrator.
- Able communicate in English is a must.
- Able communicate in Japanese language is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Job Description:
- As main Engineer for IT Security and Internal IT operation inside company.
- Handling Internal IT Operation as administrator, both for on-premise and cloud environment especially M365 environment.
- Supporting all IT activities from internal and also activity from headquarter in Singapore or Japan.
- Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure including all devices in Server room.
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including Firewall, routers, switches, DNS and DHCP.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Investigating faults in the network
- Maintenance service includes day-to-day operation of system administration task and periodical maintenance.
- For some cases, will be asked to support other department or to support customer also, if necessary.
