- As the Senior Art Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual direction of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create stunning designs that align with our strategic goals. - Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for various projects, including digital campaigns, print materials, and branding.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating the creative vision and strategic approach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our design strategies.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality work.
- Create Compelling Marketing Material such as Flyers, Stand-Up banners, Booklets, Presentations, etc.
- Support the Graphic Design team
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction or a similar role, ideally within Beauty or Fashion.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and a keen eye for design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
