PPIC Staff (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
Location:
Cikarang
Responsibilities:
- Prepare production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Control raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure smooth production schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate inventory levels and arrange raw material orders as needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production planning and inventory status.
- Identify and resolve issues related to production planning and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in PPIC or production planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and has good organizational skills.
