Job Summary:
- The HRD (Human Resources Development) Head is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll management, training and development, KPI management, and employee engagement. This role is crucial in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and foster a productive, motivated, and skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard top talent that aligns with the organization’s needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create a talent pipeline for critical roles.
Payroll Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary payments, benefits, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll and compensation.
- Implement payroll best practices to streamline processes and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
- Identify skills gaps and work with department heads to create tailored training plans that enhance employee performance.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
KPI Management:
- Develop and implement a performance management system that includes setting, tracking, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for employees across the organization.
- Work with department heads to ensure KPIs are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Employee Engagement & Human Interaction (HI):
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Implement initiatives and programs to improve employee morale, well-being, and work-life balance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, career development, and employee relations.
HR Strategy & Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the organization’s goals and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously review and update HR policies to reflect changes in labor laws and industry best practices.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management, providing insights into recruitment, payroll, training effectiveness, and overall employee performance.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, training, KPI management, and employee engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
- Placement in or lived in Cikarang area.
