In this role, your strong English communication skills are essential as you will act as the right hand to the CFO, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working directly with and advising a CFO or senior leadership.
- Fluency in English (MUST).
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of Accounting or Finance, licensed CPA (preferred).
- Experience of minimum 5 years in finance, accounting & tax.
- Certificate brevet A&B.
Responsibilities:
Financial planning and strategy:
developing and implementing the company’s financial strategies, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Financial analysis:
conducting financial analysis to provide insights into the company’s performance, profitability, and efficiency, including assessing the financial impact of business decisions.
Strategic decision support:
providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team and the board of directors.
- Prepare Financial Report, Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Business Plan, Forecast, Actual Report, FS analysis, Production cost analysis, variable cost and fixed cost.
- Manage and control company daily operational related with finance, accounting and tax.
Treasury:
Experience liaison with Bank.
Taxation:
Corporate Income tax, VAT, Withholding tax.
- Familiar with NetSuite is preferable.
