As a Channel Activation, you will be the driving force behind propelling our brand to new heights in the dynamic market landscape, focusing on General Trade (GT) OR Modern Trade (MT) channels. Your role will be instrumental in formulating and executing strategic plans that not only activate but deeply engage our target audience across diverse channels, ensuring unparalleled reach and impact. Your key responsibilities include:

Trade Marketing Strategy Development:

Devise and implement robust trade marketing strategies aligning with company sales targets, fostering category growth, and securing market share, all within the framework of our brand guidelines.

Performance Evaluation:

Conduct meticulous reviews of the effectiveness of trade marketing plans and activities in collaboration with the commercial team, ensuring continuous optimization.

Budgetary Efficiency:

Monitor sales performance against investment to ensure the efficient management of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, maximizing ROI.

Product Launch Excellence:

Facilitate seamless new product launches and collaborate with the commercial team to evaluate product performance, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

Planogram Mastery:

Craft and implement effective planogram strategies to optimize product visibility and enhance customer experience.

Forecasting Management:

Oversee New Product Development (NPD) forecasting and promotion forecasting, ensuring accurate predictions for inventory and demand planning.

Price Stability and Promotion Guidelines:

Maintain stability in pricing strategies and adhere to promotional guidelines, harmonizing efforts across Online (O) and Offline (O) channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Category Development, Customer Marketing, Channel Development, in the Beauty/FMCG sector
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to WFO in Mega Kuningan
