Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and oversee contracts for the Indonesian factory, providing legal support for operations and decision-making to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
- Research and track industry laws and regulations, monitoring legislative updates relevant to the company.
- Improve and maintain the legal management and contract systems for the factory.
- Assist in contract review, modifications, and drafting standard contract templates.
- Supervise the management of legal documents in line with risk management requirements.
- Handle labor disputes, participate in arbitration, and manage various cases to protect the company’s legal rights.
- Identify potential legal risks in operations and offer solutions to mitigate them.
- Provide legal consultation and organize or assist in legal training for relevant departments.
- Manage legal work archives and establish a dynamic legal database.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations, including but not limited to contract law, corporate law, labor law, and intellectual property law.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Local Indonesian candidates with fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Experience in the medical devices or manufacturing industry is preferred.
