Job Descriptions:
- Design training programs, monitor and develop training programs according to company needs by directions from superiors and related parties.
- Monitor and conduct Training Need Analysis to create company training programs according to the needs of all Divisions and Units.
Monitor and organize the implementation of the company’s internal training which includes:
orientation of new employees, divisional internal SOPs, comparative study programs, on-the-job training, and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor the implementation of in-house and public training carried out according to plan.
- Prepare and ensure reports on the results of training evaluations and comparative studies have been made, and submit them to related parties.
- Manage and review the administration of training programs, archive training documents, and update training participant data.
- Regulate the division of tasks and as the organizer of the training program who is responsible for the training program.
- Organizing the implementation of certification exams for employees as required by the regulator.
- Reviewing, developing modules, and updating training materials as well as becoming a training facilitator according to company needs.
- Disseminate competency & competency assessment to make Individual Development Plan (IDP) together with related parties.
